Welcome to CabHire, your trusted platform for cab booking, airport cabs, and 24/7 cab hire services in Bangalore. By accessing or booking a ride through CabHire, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions detailed below. These terms ensure transparency, safety, and reliability for all customers using our services.

1. Overview of Services

CabHire provides a complete range of cab services including city rides, airport transfers, hourly rentals, and outstation taxi services. Our goal is to make cab booking simple, fast, and dependable. Customers can book rides via our website, WhatsApp, or customer care number. All bookings are served based on vehicle and driver availability at the requested time.

2. Cab Booking Process

To complete a successful cab booking, customers must provide precise details including pickup location, drop location, date, time, and number of travelers. Incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation. CabHire will share driver and vehicle details prior to the pickup time. Customers are advised to be available on call during the scheduled pickup window.

3. 24/7 Cab Hire Services

CabHire offers 24/7 cab hire services for emergency travel, late-night rides, early-morning airport trips, and long-distance journeys. Night charges or additional allowances may apply for pickups scheduled between 10 PM and 6 AM. Despite offering round-the-clock service, availability may vary based on location and demand.

4. Airport Cabs – Terms & Guidelines

Our airport cabs provide timely pickup and drop services to and from Kempegowda International Airport. Customers must share accurate flight information to avoid delays or missed pickups. If the flight is rescheduled or delayed, it is the customer's responsibility to inform our support team promptly. Extra charges such as airport parking, toll fees, and FASTag deductions will be added to the final bill.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payments

CabHire follows a transparent pricing policy. Fares depend on vehicle type, distance, ride duration, and operational factors such as fuel prices. Charges including tolls, parking, inter-state permits, and driver allowances are not part of the base fare. Payments may be made through UPI, cash, bank transfer, or card. Any billing dispute must be reported to CabHire within 24 hours of trip completion.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel bookings at any time, but cancellation fees may apply. For city rides, cancellations made within 30 minutes of pickup time may incur charges. For outstation trips, cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup will be charged. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days. No refunds are provided for no-show cases.

7. Driver & Vehicle Responsibilities

All CabHire drivers are fully verified, trained, and experienced. Customers must treat drivers respectfully and must not engage in any behavior that risks safety. Damaging the vehicle, causing stains, or violating travel rules (such as smoking or carrying illegal items) may lead to penalties. Children must be seated safely, and seat belts must be worn throughout the journey.

8. Service Limitations & Liabilities

CabHire strives to offer timely pickups, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen conditions. CabHire is not responsible for losses caused by such unavoidable factors. Customers are encouraged to plan airport rides with sufficient buffer time. CabHire is also not responsible for personal belongings left in the cab after the trip.

9. User Conduct & Safety Rules

Customers must remain reachable by phone at the time of pickup. If the customer does not respond for more than 15 minutes, the driver may cancel the ride and a no-show fee will apply. Any abusive language, threats, harassment, or unsafe actions toward the driver will result in an immediate cancellation of service and may lead to legal action.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

CabHire may update or revise these Terms and Conditions based on service improvements, operational changes, or government regulations. By continuing to use CabHire’s cab booking platform, airport cabs, and 24/7 cab hire services, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms.
