1. Our Services

We offer premium chauffeur-driven vehicles, city taxis, and outstation rides across Bangalore and nearby areas. Our transport solutions include:

Airport Transfers – Timely pick-ups and drop-offs at airports
City Rides – Convenient local travel and hourly rentals
Outstation Trips – Comfortable long-distance journeys, with a minimum of 300 km/day
Corporate & Event Transfers – Professional chauffeur services for business meetings and events

Note: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of request.

2. Booking Process

The booking process is simple and hassle-free:

Place your reservation through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
Receive instant details about the driver and vehicle upon confirmation
Make sure your contact and trip information is correct before finalizing the booking

Tip: Early reservations help secure your preferred vehicle and driver.

3. Pricing and Payment

Fares depend on the type of vehicle, distance, and duration of the trip
Permit fees, parking charges, tolls, and entrance fees are extra
Government taxes such as GST at 5% will be applied to the total bill
Outstation trips require a minimum distance of 300 kms per day

Driver Batta Charges:

For local rides, extra charges apply after 9 PM and before 6 AM
For outstation trips, double charges apply after 10 PM

Payment can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, or cash at the time of service.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Provide accurate trip details at the time of booking
Respect the driver and the vehicle during the journey
Do not carry prohibited or illegal items
Always wear seatbelts and follow safety guidelines
Secure all belongings as we are not responsible for loss or damage

5. Our Rights

Cancel or refuse bookings if any terms are violated
Adjust fares due to fuel price increases, government taxes, or other unforeseen events
Replace the vehicle or driver in case of emergencies for your safety

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events
Loss or damage to personal belongings in the vehicle is not our liability

Our priority is to provide a safe and punctual experience while ensuring comfort throughout your journey.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policies

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

If canceled within 1 hour of booking before dispatch, no charges apply
After driver assignment but before pickup, ₹100 or 10% of fare applies (whichever is higher)
After vehicle arrives at the pickup location, full base fare will be charged

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

If we need to cancel due to vehicle unavailability, breakdowns, or emergencies, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided

No-Show Policy:

If the passenger fails to show up without prior notice, no refund will be granted

Refund Timeline:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
